Our website enables you to request insurance quotes, but Angling Protect does not provide advice or recommendations, this is a non-advised sale. Members area

If you purchase insurance or request a quote on our website, you’ll need to create an account to access our member area for viewing and binding policies, making changes, and submitting claims online. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all account activity. You must notify Angling Protect immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach, and always log out at the end of your session.

Your payment details

All payment data is transmitted securely using encryption to protect your information. Our current payment provider is Stripe. Angling Protect may change our payment providers at any time without notice but will only use providers that comply with applicable data protection laws and securely store your details. While we do not store your payment details directly on our systems, we retain secure references to them via our payment provider.

Law and jurisdiction

This website is created and controlled by Angling Protect, and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any claims or disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms (including non-contractual claims and disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
