Angling Protect Director Jon Hettle said:

“We’re absolutely delighted to have been appointed as the exclusive insurance provider to the Angling Trades Association. For me, personally, this partnership means a great deal. I’ve worked in the insurance industry for 50 years, but I’m also a lifelong angler, so being able to bring those two worlds together is something I’m particularly proud of.

“Our strapline at Angling Protect is ‘For anglers, by anglers’, and that really sums up what we’re about. We understand the angling community because we’re part of it, and we understand insurance and the importance of making sure businesses have the right protection in place.

“The ATA does a tremendous job supporting and representing the angling trade, and we’re very pleased to be working alongside them. We’re looking forward to getting to know even more of the association’s members, understanding their businesses and supporting them with practical, specialist insurance advice for many years to come.”
